Overview
Advanced Image Direct is an industry leader in the direct mail production
environment providing unique personalization and production solutions,
coupled with large run production capacity.
We provide one of the most proficient production environments in our industry!
Due to our explosive growth, we are currently seeking qualified candidates to
join our Customer Service Department at our Garden Grove, CA office.
Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you should have a broad understanding
of the direct mail industry. You will be responsible for establishing and
maintaining good customer and inter-department relations. Your primary job will
be to process, coordinate and implement projects through the plant from inception to billing.
Experience / Required Skills
Experience in a Direct Mail environment, preferably 3-5 years with a stable job history.
Familiar with Data Processing, Lettershop functions and Inventory control in a Direct Mail environment.
Familiarity of Print Production a plus.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Must be computer literate.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
