Account Executive
Sales
Overview
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our fast-paced highly professional sales team. This is a sales position that will report to our V.P. of Sales at our Garden Grove office. As a business professional you will work well independently to consistently identify new business opportunities and meet with decision-makers to analyze the customer’s requirements by your understanding of direct mail methodologies & technology. You will pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflow and increase operating efficiency. The sell will be a value added proposition as you use a consultative, customer-focused sales approach that is unique to our industry and sets us apart. With the intent of building long-term relationships you will prospect and close new accounts as well as service existing accounts in order to market additional AID products and solutions.
Job Description
As an Account Executive, you should have a broad understanding of the direct mail industry with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience and a steady account base. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good customer and inter-company relations. Your primary job will be to qualify key accounts, coordinate and implement projects through the plant from inception to billing.
Experience / Required Skills
Experience in a Direct Mail environment, preferably 3-5 years with a stable job history.
Familiar with Data Processing, Lettershop functions and Inventory control in a Direct Mail environment.
Familiarity of Print Production a plus.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Must be computer literate.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
